How to prepare

  • Preheat

Select your brewing vessel and preheat with hot water. Obtain quality water and fill your kettle, setting it to 192°F.

    Weigh

Weigh ½ tsp (1.9g) per 4 fl oz of Assam TRES #8 Hong Cha, ensuring you add the leaves first, before following with water.
