Distinct for its vibrant green hue, this blend is cultivated by the Nishi family on Kyushu island, Japan. To preserve its velvet & nut-like flavour, the leaves are shaded in the final stages of maturation, hand cultivated and then stone-grounded to its eventual fine grain.
